SHIPPING / DELIVERY:

Holmes Health ships all items within 3-5 days from the time the order is placed. The Policies: While Holmes Health strives to maintain it’s 3-5 day average time- to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

Holmes Health will ship to any physical address in the US. Holmes Health will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time.
Every item shipped from Holmes Health is insured up to the full purchase price. It is Holmes Health responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Holmes Health to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the five days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
